This film resides in the cross-section between science-fiction, archaeology and middle-east politics. Combining live motion, computer generated imagery and historical photographs the film explores the role of myth for history, fact and national identity. A narrative resistance group makes underground deposits of elaborate porcelain suggested to belong to an entirely fictional civilization. Their aim is to influence history and support future claims to their vanishing lands.

En unik dokumentär om den Colombianska kvinnan Monica, som själv har filmat scener från sitt liv som en prostituerad kvinna under 25 år. Från 2010 till 2017 följs Monica med kamera av regissören Anja Dalhoff i ett nära och intimt porträtt. Filmatiseringen visar hennes upplevelser som prostituerad och som ett offer för människohandel i tre olika länder, Spanien Japan och Danmark. En naken och vågad dokumentär om Monica själv. En resa i helvetet med en blick mot framtid och hopp.
